About Us

Master Ciro Grandini, 5th Degree Black Belt

Master Ciro Grandini is an Internationally Certified Taekwondo Instructor, Hapkido Stylist and Kickboxer. Master Grandini created the Mind & Body Martial Arts program in an attempt to preserve the traditional practice of Taekwondo while passing on its founding tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit onto his Students.

Junior Training Program

The Mind & Body Martial Arts, Junior Training Program was designed for students ages 8 to 12 years old.  It’s primary focus is to improve physical fitness, including coordination, flexibility, and strength. The regular practice of traditional Taekwondo will also help reinforce some of life's valuable lessons, such as perseverance and self-control which will assist students in all other aspects of their lives.

Adult Training Program

The Mind & Body Martial Arts, Adult Training program was designed for students ages 13 and up.  This is a blended program that utilizes the traditional art of Taekwondo as its base combined with aspects of both the circular self-defense style of Hapkido along with the stamina, footwork and dynamic striking power of American Kickboxing.

Black Belt Continuing Education

The Mind & Body Martial Arts, Black Belt Continuing Education Program gives those Martial Artists who have earned the honored rank of Black Belt in the past an opportunity to return back to the traditional training floor to continue their progression in the arts or just workout in an open minded environment built around the sharing of information.  This program is reserved for Black Belts ages 18 and above.

Standard Monthly Training Rate:

$75.00 per month.


Family Monthly Training Rate:

$75.00 per month for the first family member, $50.00 per month for each additional  family member up to a $200.00 per month maximum. 


Black Belt Continuing Education:

$50.00 per month.
